Relying on a Single Job is Fragile
Unfortunately, for millennials and Gen Z’ers—the old way is gone. The days of finding a decent-paying job, staying for decades, and letting job security and income qualify you for a home loan (that then builds wealth) are behind us.
Because of the nature of jobs today—outsourcing, AI, benefit cuts, hiring cheaper labor, and replacing people with tech to increase profit—that path is increasingly unreliable.

I’m Dee, and I’ve lived this story. After being laid off, I learned the hard way that relying on a single paycheck was fragile at best.
So, instead of going back to work where I'd put myself in the exact same position, I concentrated on learning how to build systems—systems for creating income that doesn’t depend on a boss: books, courses, GPTs, and tools that pay me long after the work is done.
The formula is simple: build something once, then get paid for that work over and over again.
I’ve shared these methods with thousands through my courses, books, and videos over the years. I want every course to be affordable for every person who wants to learn.
